Join us for a talk on herbs and how Chinese herbal medicine is different from Western herbal medicine. We will drink some tea and learn about some of the herbs growing in the food forest. After we enjoy the garden we enjoy a nourishing sound bath and make space to hear the wisdom of the herbs.
